I am a lifelong East Tennessean and proud to call this community home. I have spent my life living and working in Tennessee’s Third Judicial District, and I chose to build my career and raise my family right here. I’m asking for your support for Circuit Court Judge.

My wife, Julianne, and I have deep roots here, and our children and grandchildren all call this area home. We believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to us and working to strengthen it for future generations.

I truly believe it is my time to serve.

Mark Stapleton is running for Circuit Court Judge in Tennessee’s Third Judicial District. With more than 35 years of legal experience, he is committed to serving the community with fairness, consistency, and respect for the law.

As a judge, Mark will serve with judicial restraint and integrity. Mark commits to make decisions based on the original intent of the law. Mark is a lifelong conservative and vows to hold true to conservative principles. His career in all of our courts has positioned him to serve at the highest level in our court rooms and most importantly for the people.

Mark is experienced. With over three decades of courtroom experience, there will be no situation that he has not dealt with or handled. Mark has had the honor of representing people in trials across the state.

Mark is dedicated. He has spent his career serving his clients, managing his law practice, and contributing to the legal community through education and leadership.
